Boo! Oh sheet! It's a ghost blog hop. October 24th

Boo! Oh didn't mean to scare you but just wanted to have some fun and so do these incredible crafters who have made things that involve ghosts. I hope you will join us today and hop along to see what each person made.

Our hostess is Jearise from Lorby's World and her blog is the place to start at http://lorbysworld.blogspot.com . She will be having a give away so make sure to start there and see what she has to offer and learn how to get a chance to win.

Our sponsor for this hop is Jessica from SVG Attic (insert link to store http://svgattic.blogspot.com/p/store) so you have got to stop by her blog to see what she has up her sleeve. I'm sure you will gasp with delight!

Here is my ghostly creation for this hop...

To create this fun card I used 3 files from "Scrapping With Lisa.s Designs." The Ghost file, the  Vulture  file and the Spooky Tree file. The card base is black card stock 5.5 x 4.25 the yellow mat is 1/8 th of an inch smaller the top mat is from a 6x6 fall stack by DCWV I have had for a few years. Used some white ink to give it a foggy effect. The sentiments were printed with my computer using some fun Halloween fonts.

Thanks for floating in today to see what spooktacular creation I did and now float on to Jamie blog.

Complete line up:

She had all the stitch patterns in her head I never saw her use a pattern ever. ( she sewed the same way no patterns) So in honor of my grandma ( we called her Memer) here is my card:

I am going to share a couple pictures of her sampler book that she created it is about 100 years olf tatered and much loved.

For my second card I chose Mischief Night the night before Halloween. I never knew that it existed until noe so ere is a little History  followed by my card

Mischief Night (also known as Devil's NightHell Night Cabbage NightGate NightMizzy Night  Miggy Night or Goosing Night ) is an annual tradition in parts of the United Kingdom,Canada, and the United States when people (primarily teenagers and preteens) take a degree of license to play pranks and do mischief in their neighbourhoods. The most common date for Mischief Night in England and North Americas October 30, the day before Halloween.

To create my card I used a printable background paper of the declaration of independence  Cut   the firecracker from the independance day cartridge put stickle on the explosive part  ( the are still wet looks a lot better dry) added some patriotic ribbon and Happy Birthday stamped using My creative time stamp set.

My second day is :
National Strawberry Sundae Day is your opportunity to indulge yourself in this delicious dessert. Strawberries are one of America's favorite fruits. When the strawberries ripen each year, it's time to celebrate. Many communities hold strawberry festivals to celebrate the harvest. At the festivals, strawberries take center stage. They are in the ingredients of hundreds of recipes.

After the harvest has come and gone, summer arrives with heat and humidity. This is the perfect time to add sweet, tasty berries to ice cream for a cooling summer treat. Don't forget to add your favorite toppings. Whipped cream is a must.

Celebrate today, with a Strawberry Sundae.

The cut is from the Sweet Treats cartridge using lots of my scraps  Added a pink ribbon and a little red bling . I miss my Friendly's Ice cream stores they had the best strawberry sundaes ever!!
