Holiday Cookie Recipe Card

This turned out so cute . It was my first cut made with the Gingerbread cartridge,  the eye and mouth pieces were way too small so I put them in with a white gel pen.

Thanksgiving Decor

Sorry for the delay in the posting the details.  The base is a Plate Charger I found at Walmart I loved the look of it. I was originally going to use it to display a group of candles. However while playing around with my thanksgiving cartridge I got this Idea. The paper is Making Memories embellishment paper called Scrapbook Basics I found it at Tuesday morning for $3.The large circular cuts are from the Creative Memories Cartridge page 68 the  frame (9 in) and the shadow  (81/4 in). The sentiment and the Turkey are from the Tanksgiving Cartridge cut at 3 in the layers on the turkey were cot from a scrap of fall colored paper. The green circle was stamped with fall flourishes leaves and  pumpkin stamps I have in brown ink. after the paper was assembled I used pop dots to stick it to the plate so it could be removed later. I am going to make 2 more and I plan to emboss the frame to see how that looks. Hope you like it,.

Anniversary card

Today was my Daughter 9th anniversary.
This one is special and a Labor of Love. Took a long time to put together ( I fussed over everything) I like how it came together .

Emma' Throwback Thursday Challenge

The Subject had to be some type of food "Turkey" seemed appropriate. I used the Thanksgiving cartridge. In hindsight I see a lot of areas for improving this.

Birthday card for the 5 year old

I used toy story cartridge to try and make Buzz Lightyear for my Grandsons BD. This is a very challenging image to created Turned out OK I guess.

Two weeks with the grand kids

Well I was away for 2 weeks visiting my daughter and the new baby  and playing with my other 2 grand kids. It was before Halloween and we did, as my granddaughter likes to say, "projects" It was fun and I think they had a good time.

We made these light boxes one for each of their rooms. They chose the colors and how they wanted to put them together.
Next we made Halloween cards for their teachers. My granddaughter helped to cut the images on my cricut. They each then decided what to use and how to place them. These are the results. I think they did a great job!
