Here is my Project for the hop I was given the
ZOO CRITTERS stamp set which can be found in the Sunsational Stamp Store  here

I created a 4x4 mini album with my set

To create this album I used the directions from Schell's Craft Corner and her Two part you tube video
I first colored my images with Bic Mark-It markers then fussy cut each image out. I used Kraft card stock for the cover and a royal blue Recollections card stock for the pages.  to keep it closed I added a piece of red striped ribbon from my stash. I used 2 sheets of a circus themed paper by IMAGINISCE  that I got from Tuesday Morning
Here is the first pages of the album:

the star paper i printed from a Digital paper file I got from My Graphico. I left the feet of the monkey and the head of the elephant unstuck so a picture or a tag could be tucked under them.
 The next page:

Here is the next page:

Open again to next page:

The two side panels open to reveal more space for pictures and journaling:

I created the embellishments using my cricut explore and lots of scrap card stock.
This was a fun project and I have some cute pictures of my grand kids to put into it. the only thing I would do differently next time is to make the spine on each side a litter larger to accommodate all the added embellishments  and pictures so it would not appear to bulge in the center
Hope you enjoyed my Mini Now head on over to the Jennifer's Blog to see what the next critter set is!!

Welcome Little Man

I just finished this cute card for a friend who's new little man is due very soon! I will be making a diaper cake to go along with it.
The image is from Sunsational Stamps It is an older digital version! I think he is so adorable'

I colored him with crayola coloring pencils and used mineral spirits to blend and added the lines to his shirt with a blue sharpie then fussy cut the image before adding to the card.. I am truly excited about the oval mats which were created in Cricut Design Space on my IPad and cut with the new Cricut Explore Machine. I printed the sentiment along with the image on white card stock with my printer. All the card stock was scraps from my enormous scrap pile. I also used an EK Success border punch for the sentiment base layer. Added 3 little buttons tied with twine .

Thanks for stopping by hope you enjoyed my little card.

Valentines Day Is Just Around The Corner

Hello everyone!! Valentines day is only a few days away and I am totally not ready (as always) LOL!
This morning I decided I had better get a move on and I made a very quick card using the stamp "Some Bunny Loves You" stamp from Sunsational Stamps  and can be found in the store here  http://www.sunsationalstamps.com/item_109/Some-Bunny-Loves-You.htm
I used my Promarkers to color this image and I must confess it has been a while since I used them so I am a bit rusty but I think he came out kind of cute. The paper and ribbon are all from my scrap bin I have tons of that!! I fussy cut him out and used pop dots the make him stand out! So without further ado here is my little Valentine!

I just love this little guy and he is very easy to work with!!
