Another card for a challenge

I just finished this card for the Throwback Tursday Challenge at  Emma's My creative Times. We were to use the Walk In My Garden cricut cartridge and to be sure to include a flower in whatever project we chose to make. One of my favorite flowers is the Hydrengea and there was a cut for one on that cartrige. I was going to make a shape card using this cut and my gypsy. This proved way more challenging then I was ready for so I went for the normal card. The card is not quite what I envisioned and I'm not totally happy with it but I did finish it.
Would love some feed back on how to improve on this.
Thanks for stopping by and any input you have.   Janet

What an adorable card. You did yourself proud, Janet. Thank you for the words of encouragement about my mother. I have never met anyone who has lost their mother for as close as I have lost my mother. I know what you mean...there are still times when the tears will flow. My mother was killed in March. I guess that's why I'm starting to feel the way I do. I live in Palmer. I lived in Anchorage for seven years before I moved out to the valley.

Janet - I think this came out awesome. I really don't see anywhere you can make it better. I love hygrenda's as well and this is perfect!

I love the blue plaid paper with it, it really looks fantastic!

I love the colors you used for this card. I think it turned out beautifully, but I understand how frustrating it can be when it doesn't turn out the way you envisioned it. That has happened a lot to me in the last couple of weeks.
